a) Server log data

When you visit our website, our hosting provider automatically collects technical information sent by your browser (IP address, user-agent, referrer URL, timestamp). This data is processed on the legal basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure website) and is deleted or anonymised after a short retention period.

b) Contact by email

If you contact us at contact@floronics.eu, the personal data you provide (name, email address, message content) will be processed solely to handle your request, on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Messages are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to comply with statutory retention obligations.

c) Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, tracking, or marketing cookies. We only use strictly necessary technical storage required for the site to function (e.g. a session identifier and CSRF protection on the contact form). No consent banner is required under Art. 5(3) ePrivacy Directive.

We share personal data only with processors strictly necessary to operate this website:

• Hosting provider: Lovable (lovable.app), served via Cloudflare CDN under the domain floronics.eu
• Email provider: our mailbox provider for contact@floronics.eu

We do not intentionally transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. Our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) may route requests through edge locations worldwide for technical delivery; such transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
